The Audio Connection, based in Baltimore, has literally built a new vehicle for Pioneer's Sound Build Off 4.0 The body of The Audio Connection's entry is a '96 Nissan 240SX. An engine from a GTO (a 350 LSI with a turbo), along with a new drive train, was mated to the 240SX body. Dave Bran told 12voltnews.com. "This will be an insanely fast vehicle that will definitely show off Pioneer's new Stage 4 products. The matte black finish and carbon fiber hood will certainly let all know this is no ordinary machine. Our entry will turn heads and light up ears. Interior fiberglass work adds to the package. This is a huge project – but one that will pay big dividends down the road."
