Pioneer's 2010 RoadShow cranked up the volume on Wednesday afternoon with the judging process for Sound Build Off 4.0. The twelve participating retailers presented their projects to the IASCA judging team of Moe Sabourin and Damian Jacobs. The entry from Cartronics, Santa Rosa, CA ultimately bested the other eleven participants.

Sabourin told 12voltnews.com on site "I could tell from our competitors meeting Tuesday evening that this group of participants were prepared. We used a simplified IASCA rule set and judged each vehicle on Sound Quality and quality of installation. A "spectators choice" vote component was also included."
